"Regular" house on sloped plot possible?, 1m slope

Hello everyone,

we are planning to build a house and have been looking for building land for some time. Now it seems that we have found something. We want to build a single-family house with a double garage on it. The problem is, it is a slightly sloping plot. But we actually want to build a "regular" house on it.

So you enter on the ground floor, then either go upstairs to the upper floor or downstairs to the basement.

Will this work with the plot? The contour lines each represent a 1m slope. The plot measures 22m * 29m. We want to build approximately 9m * 11m on it.

So in my house I always go up the stairs to the basement and take the stairs down when I want to go to the upper floor.

Honestly, I don't understand the question. What does the development plan (if there is one) say about what you are allowed to build there and how? The implementation question is probably related to the costs of the necessary construction work.

Seems to be a permission issue, it's working for me...

So quite a few things are possible... it just depends on what the [bebauungsplan] says... you can also have soil moved from A to B...
