You can set the right of residence up to about 6 months after completion. If it is finished earlier, the new owner will get it sooner. Surely everything can be arranged, right?

Does no one here have any experience?

We have decided to wait with the sale of the house until we know for sure when we can move. We had buyers, but I couldn’t give an exact date. That’s why we are postponing the sales process.

We have now completed the financing with interim financing for the current property.

We have reduced the repayment on our current house to a minimum so that we still have reserves between current income and expenses during the period of double burden.

Would anyone be interested in taking a look at and evaluating the construction service description of our favorite, someone with more experience? I have reviewed about 5-6 and find this by far the most detailed. Unfortunately, I cannot assess whether this comes close to a good construction service description or if it is simply the best of the bad ones. According to the motto "among the blind, the one-eyed man is king."

here something was mentioned about Bauherren-Schutzbund and vBSP and associations? What kind of associations are these... I can't find anything with a quick Google search

@Thread starter you wrote that an acquaintance is doing the building acceptance, so he has experience. Therefore I would give it to him like that.

Further: If you have questions about the construction service description or something is unclear to you, then tell the GU to rewrite it so that it suits you.
