You can't do it like that...

Therefore, I asked about the BB. The offer contains, apart from the stone (and it only says aerated concrete), not really anything about the materials or their quality. Wood is not just wood. Which concrete roof tiles?.......

Good question. Unfortunately, it is not specified in more detail. In the BB it only says "durchgefärbt".... So overall, it can be concluded that the information is very limited and does not allow any conclusions about the exact execution... Too bad Thank you all. I will try to get more information...

So even I, as a layman, can think of about a hundred questions concerning details of the description. Accordingly, it can be great – or just rubbish. But for example, I would be interested in what is meant by "zum Nachweis"? Do you pay extra for that? The gut feeling says the price is about right for 99 m² and basement, ground floor, upper floor. But that doesn’t mean anything ...

Best regards

Thanks for your assessment. I have added the part of the "Standard BB". Here your question about the proof is also clarified. The soil report itself will be sent separately. I am currently trying to determine the values of the neighbors. It should not be any different for me.

Plumbing work?

Certainly, there are often similar conditions on neighboring properties as well – but not always and not necessarily. I find it interesting that the description of the base slab differs again from the above-mentioned offer – and it is not self-evident that the better execution will be applied, but rather the cheaper one... at this point in time, that would be too contradictory for me, so I would have an expert take a look who compiles a proper list of questions.

As I said: It *can* be fine – but it doesn't have to be.

Cheers
