The notary certified both floor plans. No ranking was recorded. At least I did not find anything in the documents.

I have already discussed this with the developer.
He insists on the signed floor plan.
A change of the connections might be possible, however probably with mini-drain pipes, as they have to be laid between the underfloor heating.
In addition, I do not yet know who has to bear the costs.

Yes, because of course he has no interest in additional services or changes. I don't really understand the problem, because from your explanation I can't tell where the drain and other connections are now. For me, communication or information should always be part of the construction process. Did you have the opportunity to visit the construction site more often? And apart from that: the long wall, if it has indeed become the connecting wall, offers much more convenience for a kitchen unit. Yours should be correspondingly adjustable.

By the way.... The notarized contract must be provided to you -completely- two weeks before the notary appointment. Simply bringing the relevant documents to the appointment in my opinion is a huge lever to expose the whole thing to reversal.

Neither one nor the other "plan" is any kind of execution planning. How were the sockets determined? Did you never want to know where you would later turn on the light, etc.?

You have already received good hints regarding the contracts and communication with the BT. But I would be cautious, in case you have actually received execution planning etc. in the meantime?!
