I would route out or saw out a little bit from the edge at the bottom of the cabinet and chisel it out with a chisel, just enough to make room for the cable. If there is too much cable left between the switch and the light that cannot be properly stored, you can take the short Ansluta connection cable, cut it, connect a 2-pole inline switch, and run a cable with a plug from the switch. If you then also use an angled plug, the space between the outlet and the back wall will probably be sufficient.
