Q2 Interior plaster - possibilities?

Seriously, we saw the many small cracks and everywhere unsightly surfaces from the plaster at acquaintances. But there it was probably also due to the plasterer. We didn’t feel like any large-scale rework after a few years. Fleece is susceptible to small everyday blemishes, which you can easily touch up spot-wise if you want. It wasn’t expensive for us, but Hix is right, it works well without it too. The utility room was only painted and that also works. There are no cracks there so far.

Hix is absolutely right. You get totally confused on the internet about whether Q2, Q3, fleece yes/no, etc. Later on, it doesn't matter at all. No one pays attention to it anymore.

Imitate textured wallpaper, then you don't have to plaster so well, Q2 is sufficient. Sto plaster base on the Q2. But please fill any real cavities or joint areas beforehand. The plaster base is filled, so it has a texture. It applies like paint. It looks especially nice if you dab it with a brush; the brush texture looks nice later. Or brush crescent shapes into the wet stuff with a brush, nice and big, then after drying a coat of paint. Of course, plaster base is not made for this, but it works for it. K.

We also have Q2, many waves in the plaster, you can also feel it with your hands. Did not do a good job, raking light reveals a bumpy surface. But it is a nice plaster texture :d
