Absolutely! If I have to pay nearly 10,000 for retrofitting the floor slab and other structural elements due to the geotechnical report, then I also want to see within the warranty period whether my house is trying to escape from the inside.
And even if later some spot catches your eye so much that you get construction pain just walking past it, you can still beautify such a wall afterwards without having to move into a hotel for weeks. The easily five-digit amount saved by skipping sanding, plastering, and wallpapering the whole place can be spent on much nicer things that have a much greater impact on living comfort (e.g. a whirlpool ).
which nobody cares about afterwards. Furniture stands in front of the wall, there are pictures, photos, posters, paintings, postcards, curtains, blinds (...tapestries) on the wall, and anyway, a furnished house has so many more eye-catchers to offer than the texture of the wall surface.
