It's a bit off-topic, but does anyone happen to have a current overview of which funding programs can be accessed and possibly combined (Bavaria)? I have already checked Bayern Labo, but we will probably be excluded due to income (Although the property is eligible for funding, too much remains after deducting the installment). If anyone has something, many thanks in advance!

A new car for a part-time employee? - that doesn't pay off.

I am also in favor of the purchase. You also have two children, so it is more comfortable in your own house. Additionally, from my point of view, correct me if I am wrong, there is the inflation and increasingly many banks charging "penalty interest".

Yes, just buy. I have no financial concerns about that.

Very positive is the completed family planning and sufficient equity for the incidental purchase costs.
With almost 5k net income, you can easily afford the installment.
