Ok, let's leave it at that. Tell out loud how the matter ended, then you can at least help others.

Construction debris in the ground is no laughing matter. During the development of a new residential area in our town, old waste came to light when excavating the water retention basin. The pile was maybe 15 x 15m and about 4m high. Everything had to be disposed of at the landfill. The costs were 110000.

Exactly because of the above-mentioned problem, yes my question: Is it definitely certain that the previous construction was not already standing on the rubble itself?

If yes, it can only have originated from the demolition that took place recently - and in my opinion that would not be legal, unless this “special disposal method” was precisely specified in the contract. But it was not.

If you can answer the above question for sure (what exactly was there before?), the guilty party must surely be the company responsible for the disposal if there was definitely nothing before.

They will probably deny it anyway, then you have to take on the burden of proof. If I were you, I would immediately seek specialist legal advice (right now) about exactly what can and must be done in order to have the best card to play in this situation. Your approach to find out about the previous uses of the property is definitely the right one.

It would be nice if you could keep us updated here from time to time, it could be instructive.
For you simply more than annoying.

Hello

I had bought my plot of land lying fallow. It had been there for a long time. Heavily overgrown. Mainly blackberries. A Turkish neighbor had created a little garden on it (the hardest part was to explain to the lady of the house that it was now mine. She secretly watered it at night). Many years ago there was an old house there, which was eventually demolished. When I started building, the excavation for the foundation was to be or was dug. And almost the entire house came to light. Including briquettes, a meerschaum pipe, and a sauerkraut pot. The demolition company had obviously tamped the debris into the ground and spread some topsoil over it. It had cost me an additional 2,000 euros. I booked it under experience.

Actually, I am here in this forum because I am looking for help, but apparently you have not understood what forums are for. I will definitely post the outcome, but not because you want me to, rather to help others with it.
