Yes, I can prove it. There are no developed neighboring plots (I had also written that we bought the only developed property out of a total of 22). Furthermore, the construction road was already built 4-5 months earlier, so before the fire station was even demolished. In any case, bricks (the fire station was made of those) and parts of concrete elements were found.

You zaba, at least here in the Jamaica SH they are really enthusiastic about wild waste disposal and truly conduct research. There are documents, photos, etc. from a fire station.

And they wouldn’t have just lost 3 stones in there... If half the hut is lying in the ground, it will be noticed immediately. But I would first talk to the site manager or the demolition company that everything speaks for the fire station building and disposal looks different. A deadline for repair and otherwise the way to the authorities. It can of course be super stressful... But with that amount, I wouldn’t give in.

It is always advised to commission the [Baugrundgutachten] BEFORE the contract and only buy after the result
