We are talking about Heinz von Heiden ... that is one of the most affordable providers on the market.

HilfeHilfe is right with his "reserved opinion" regarding the cheaper providers. They have their catch. If you know it and take it into account, it also works very well with them.

What do you mean by negative? I argued everything factually before. So why do other users always just make hopes again? Am I the bad guy again?

Town & Country and Heinz von Heiden are simply the cheapest on the market. Cheap means it must come from somewhere. This is purely economical viewed in the value chain saved. It is then the craftsmen etc. Why does every change cost money with them? Then you can increase the margin even more.

My house is a semi-detached house, both parties together paid about 500k in 2013 (with higher interest rates) and have already invested 30-40k in outdoor facilities. The contractor was local and very reputable with all his weaknesses (e.g. outdoor facilities rather sporadically laid out).

Here too, changes cost us something. Not always, but now and then.

But I never complained because I wanted it. Annoying were issues like the air heat pump breaking down where there was a dispute.

Well, you kind of like the role of the Serbian bench warmer making yourself a little more unpopular than I am.

Listen, I treat this forum like I do my children. By raising hopes regarding goodwill, one suggests to the OP that they will come out fine. It’s basically promised.

I promised my kids a big ice cream during Christmas time. For a whole week. Meanwhile, I forgot that our two Italians close the floors in December & January and go back home. The kids were disappointed in their Serbian father, Selma my wife kept reminding me, "Ivo, never promise anything you can’t keep."

That's why I'm gladly the "bad" Serbian Bänksta

Hello everyone,

thank you very much. Town & Country will send an architect to the building authority to explain whether the development plan is still current, because the development plan, according to which two-story construction (Roman two with circle) is mandatory there, is already 50 years old. I am waiting for the feedback. This then delays the whole process and later the standby interest will also apply. I have the house model and Town & Country has spent weeks thinking about and working on it, I am really helpless if I have to look for something else, besides, the loan is basically also linked to the house, isn’t it? I have a big headache at the moment. Or knee wall increase, I have already raised it by 50 cm, the architect said, a further 25 cm increase will still probably not be enough, how will the house look then if you increase the knee wall by another 50 cm, then the knee wall height will be 1.40 m or can the problem be better solved with dormers?

thank you very much
