Replacing the contract subject with a model of equal price should be contractually the smallest operation. But the original poster should first name the model (and of course the development plan); without hard facts, the discussion remains unclear.

Hilfehilfe is not entirely wrong. The price difference does not come from the fact that some are socially minded, but from cheap purchasing and tight calculation. The tighter the calculation, the less you can be lenient for free.
