Purchase Price Calculation Evaluation - Central Ventilation System Costs Too High?

we are still at the beginning of the whole house construction project and are in talks with several providers and comparing offers.
We have already received a few offers; I would just like to know what you think of the offer that I have attached.
We want a solid house with an air-to-water heat pump and a central ventilation system with heat recovery.
The increased foundation costs are due to the poor soil.
We have had a soil survey carried out; we have to do a pile or well foundation, and we are still looking at who offers such things because we would like to have everything from one source, but we have not bought the plot yet.

What do you think of the costs for the central ventilation system? I find the price a bit high.

The prices are just like that, no one else will install a ventilation system in the house for you, it is not extremely expensive now. In my opinion, the biggest rip-off is definitely the mini photovoltaic system + storage, that is highway robbery². You can also save yourself the additional costs for the brine-water heat pump, you won’t get that investment back in 100 years. The extra costs for the wall construction are also illogical, actually it should become cheaper.

Photovoltaics is really a scam. Almost €20k net for 3.6kwp and 3kw storage. That's about €11 net too much. Also, the civil engineering work is so cleverly worded that you probably didn't even notice that modeling, disposal, landfill, etc. will come back to you as extra costs.

Thank you for the first responses, the photovoltaic system was only meant as an option, I also find the price too high. The double or increased costs for the foundation come from the special foundation (well rings or pile foundation) and this construction company also has a civil engineer who can do something like that.

Are these all net or gross prices? Also note that the offers are currently often issued with 16% VAT.

Photovoltaics are extortionate. Our 9.9 kWp will cost about €16k gross from the general contractor. Externally, probably about €1-2k less. A benchmark for photovoltaics is about €1,500 per kWp gross. For the storage, about €1,000 per kWh.

Monitoring of the supply connections is also not exactly cheap
