Costs for the ventilation system were with us depending on the general contractor (we also compared quite a few) between €10,000 - €14,000 - so the price is at the upper limit, yes!

The price for the controlled residential ventilation also seems a bit too high to me; I think 10-13k is more normal for that. But still at the limit. The photovoltaic system is outrageously overpriced, and besides, 3.6 kWp with a storage system doesn't really make much sense. Our solar installer said storage systems are generally still uneconomical at the moment (but that will change). What I also find expensive is the "builder all-round service." Sounds like a lot, basically means nothing, and somehow costs 6000€?

Why is there an item for tiles in the entrance on page two for an insane €239.15 / sqm, when these are included on page 1? Do you really want laminate throughout the whole house? Of course, it's a matter of taste. In any case, I would award this trade separately, the installation price is high.

@ that is a good question about the tiles, I hadn't noticed that. Yes, besides the bathrooms and kitchen, we want to lay vinyl or laminate everywhere, but not through the construction company, rather as self-performed work. What costs do I still need to factor in for development or permits that are not listed, does anyone have any ideas? (Except for the land: so notary etc.)

Is photovoltaic currently that expensive? It is often offered that way but in the specialist forum, around €1200/kWp is rather mentioned for normal roofs. I also paid that a few years ago. So not totally off.

Since the "all-around builder service" only includes supervision, you should inquire with the provider (municipal utilities?) about the cost of the desired connections (electricity, water, fiber optic, ...). Prices of around EUR 3,000 each are not uncommon.

I like the energy-ethical overall concept. Not everyone has that.
