Hello,
attached is a section with two properties in the middle, located in a traffic-calmed area, in front of which public parking spaces are marked (gray).
Garages may be built in side setback areas, so for the corner property the garage may be placed on the northeast side of the house (north is at the top), outside the blue building envelope, i.e., on Plan Street E.
Due to the two public parking spaces and the tree, the alternative of building the garage next to the lower neighbor is ruled out anyway, right? Access to the garage would not be possible through the parking spaces anyway.
What then does the owner of property number one below do? That property is also blocked by two parking spaces, access would only be possible above the tree. Although I don’t know what this small gray area with the gray corner inside means.
Could you please comment on this?
Regards
Christoph
