I'm curious! As for the architect's plans, it's best to ask him directly whether he has "sold" you only his work performance, so to speak, or also the results in the form of the planning documents. If they are yours, you are allowed to distribute them on the internet, otherwise it can get expensive. Although this is rather constructed, since the architect wants to win you as a construction project client and does not want to issue cease-and-desist warnings.

Something new from us. The notary appointment is set for the end of April. The development is progressing more and more and is expected to be completed by the end of June. "Unfortunately," the future road construction is almost 1 meter above the original terrain. That means we definitely have to add a considerable amount of fill, even if we want to keep the terrain along the road course. It is also possible that the development company will distribute or level earth excavation at this spot. However, they did not want to make a final statement on this. I hope that we can still use some of the basement excavation soil to redistribute. But firstly, I don't think the amount will be sufficient (hypothetical volume of 7.5 x 14 m), and secondly, it is also unclear until the site-specific soil report is completed. We have a loess soil here, which can be reused as long as it is neither wet nor dry (i.e., moist).

The view from the northeast towards the gardens, which will remain as they are.

The same again.

And here the residential road that runs in front of the property over the hump.

From the cul-de-sac at the bottom upwards.

And here from above. I am standing while taking the photo almost on the right property boundary from the east.

I still wanted to ask you a question. Assuming we actually needed soil for filling. How "easy," but also expensive, is it to obtain soil for filling compared to disposal?

So, normally it is free, except for the transportation costs. You just have to ask people at another construction site if you can get something, they will gladly give it to you. Otherwise, there will be a disposal fee.

I probably have about 1900m3 left
As Nordlys wrote, you will surely get soil for filling cheaply.

Soil originating from your property may definitely be spread there as well.
