Yes, exactly. It's practically like the "opera development" sweetly described above.

Yes, of course, that's again a huge price difference that, for example, can be well used for a basement. But you are also significantly more restricted, even with such a flexibly designed development plan that basically allows everything.

But I will definitely go there again tonight. Because by now the development work is already much further along than in autumn. By now, I should be able to quite well ascertain the location of the plot.

One more question for you. I do know, for example, the online tool Sonnenverlauf.de. But I have the problem that currently only very old satellite images are stored, so it is not really possible for me to accurately see how the shadow runs. Does anyone have a tip on how I could link that or check it differently?

With Google Sketch up, you can simulate that quite well. You have to tinker a bit and "build" the houses, but if I remember correctly, you can use Maps as a background and then exactly see how the shadow falls at what time and on which date.

There are also apps for your phone that simulate the sun on the camera image at any date and time using augmented reality. Photographers use such apps, and the relevant sites certainly have tests and comparisons.

By the way: This applies to almost all plots

I would only consider the first plot. At least there you have free choice with the house and the nice orientation. The one on the semi-detached plot is more modest. Even if you imagine a west side for the second: the house/building window only has a certain length...
Another house is out of the question there because of the width.
The first one will definitely suffer in terms of sunlight compared to the terraced houses.

However, you should be concerned: both plots were returned with exactly these given specifications!!!

Would the terraced housing be a deal-breaker for you?

As far as I have been told by official sources, at least the financing for the larger plot fell through at short notice before the planned notary appointment today.
