Fine. Except for child 2, is the room really supposed to be for a child?

No, it is actually a guest/media/playroom. maybe also an emergency office.

Interesting design.

I have 2 questions
Where do the wastewater pipes from the bathroom and utility room run in your case?
How do you get a garage over 9m approved?

The wastewater pipes are shown in the basement. But roughly speaking, the pipes run along the exterior walls and in the wall where the toilet is located on the ground floor.

In short, we have received a special permit from the neighbors.
However, the building permit can still be stopped, as the city might still object. Although, this is supposed to be very rare if the neighbors have already agreed.

Please do not mix radiators and underfloor heating, especially not with [LWWP].

That will go wrong and cost money.

Oh, can you explain that to me in more detail?
There are basically no rooms in the basement that really need to be heated. Except for the "hobby room." Underfloor heating would probably be too slow for spontaneous and infrequent use.

What would you recommend to me?
