I just got the callback from the municipal utilities, electricity costs about 1500 EUR net up to the utility room. Water will still be communicated to us in writing. I still have to call Vodafone.
You're doing it right! Calling the suppliers. Besides electricity, water is also relevant. You don't have gas anyway.
What additional ancillary costs can we expect?
Surveying costs, building permit, connecting the rainwater downspouts to the disposal/soakaway/cistern (since also cistern plus connection to sewage)
Double garage 51,193.31
Amazing! Seriously... I would put up a double carport for 15,000. 50,000 is pearls before swine... the cost-benefit ratio is off. My opinion
The plot is from us; we bought it directly from the city and have already paid the property transfer tax.
You build that with a general contractor. Not a property developer.
What is, of course, not included yet is the driveway and garden. We will do the garden and terrace ourselves. We want to have the driveway paved; it's 6 x 5.5 m plus a small piece to the front door. What will something like that cost? I know there are different stones that cost differently. Can I roughly expect 6,000 EUR?
Splash protection around the house Terrace I would also have done. For 50,000 there is a lot of added value that is really worth it ;) Isn't there a construction cost thread about additional building costs here? Try the search in the top right :)
