That's exactly what I don't understand, my southern neighbor is already looking at 2m L-stones at 9m in an eastern direction. He got hit even worse. I'll send you a photo this evening. No idea if he's aware of it. I'll meet with him. According to the development plan, the wall must not be higher than 6 meters. That means I can't make a residential basement with a terrace from any side. I only want you 1.55 at best. Not 2m.

Here are the pictures. Where the person is standing, my property ends. Then my southern neighbor's property continues. At the edge, it is 2m, felt like a little more. As already mentioned, my neighbor has the bigger problem.

For me, it looks like so little because the neighbor next to me built about 0.5 - 1m below street level.

By the way, I have nothing against my neighbor but against the stubborn interpretation of the development plan by the building authority.

And of course the property has already been purchased, otherwise I wouldn't be writing something heated here.

I think the pictures also clearly show why one might (perhaps too hastily) want to pull the emergency brake and not let the plate forest grow any further. However, the appearance is somewhat less drastic. So for example, that the L-stones should no longer protrude more than 60 cm from the meadow would be, in my opinion, a feasible compromise.
