The answers unfortunately show that one relies on a property developer here. His goal is "to sell as little as necessary, as expensively as possible."
What is a 5sqm solar thermal system with a 200-liter storage supposed to achieve? That is way too little storage volume. On the other hand, it seems it is only intended to prepare the hot water. But why 5sqm - probably to take advantage of the subsidy. But that doesn’t change the nonsense! What heating system will be installed? That question has not yet been answered.
And why don’t you simply ask about alternatives? Why should the house be unnecessarily redesigned because of a solar thermal system? Here the question arises how well informed the property developer + energy consulting are...? Just ask whether a small domestic hot water heat pump might be sufficient for the hot water. Plus a small photovoltaic system. The domestic hot water heat pump is available in all variants. (Air heat pump - outside / in the basement, with integrated water storage...) That certainly doesn’t cost more! The photovoltaic system on top - and you have a rounded solution that will already pay off after about 8 years (8 years is roughly the ROI of a current photovoltaic system - without a battery - and if the price is right).
P.S. I only mention the photovoltaic system because it is still a good investment at present. Part of the generated electricity is used for your own consumption, the rest is fed in. For own consumption, you calculate with at least 25%. Depending on which heating system you have, or how hot water is prepared in summer, you can achieve even higher own consumption.
