Not necessarily. I myself have already listed a property on Scout without demanding moon prices. The "problem" was that the interested parties bid each other up. In the end, it still went for the moon price.
Therefore, it's better to check beforehand if the price is realistic, otherwise you will very quickly be out of the game. If the price is already completely exaggerated beforehand, it probably looks better.
A big problem, however, is that buyers are currently completely losing it. If the location is somewhat right, almost blind buying is unfortunately happening at the moment.
