Once again, away from the doomsday mood. Some people have nothing else to do. When did you sign? Date on the contract?

Do that.
But it won't help much if the company refers to Section 313. According to a relatively recent Federal Court of Justice ruling, this is a reason that allows the company to make adjustments. I strongly assume that a war with its consequences is a disruption of the basis of the business.

Below is a legal assessment from a law firm. It may also be of interest to others affected.

The situation was already just as unpredictable as it is today. The price level at the beginning of February was immense, the price of wood was pretty much at its peak. Steel was already expensive as well. No idea why the company should calculate such different prices today. Such steps are more understandable with contracts from 2021. I find it interesting. In the conversation, refer once to the high prices from February 2022. The price of wood has been falling for weeks. Your turnkey house including the basement is already pretty good in terms of price.

But the war is not here. Basically, building materials are available, many just more expensive and some only with longer waiting times. In view of last year’s price explosions, larger price fluctuations and increases as well as delivery problems had to be expected in January as well.

That's exactly how it is. In this respect, I would question the move under Baugesetzbuch 313 for this young contract. A conversation with a friendly reference to the facts might bring an agreement. After that, you can always still march to a lawyer.
