Finally, someone gets it themselves - and the latter is something the professional would never claim. The eave height is, so to speak, the breaking edge if you imagine the roof covering as an avalanche that melts at the roof overhang [I should probably apply for utility model protection for this explanation, LOL].

How would you assess these requirements for our project? Since the measurement is taken on the valley side and the eave height is measured at the roof covering, I’m a bit concerned that the house could end up being too small in height, including the basement. Is this concern justified?

Could someone possibly say something about my draft from post #12?

The expert did not share this concern:

If they are dormers, they are also allowed on the valley side, provided they comply with the size restrictions.

If they are cross gables, you could knock on the door and ask for the planner who got the exemptions approved.

Correct. But it is 6m. That is enough on a flat plot for two floors plus an attic.

You might have to keep a 3m distance from the sidewalk with a garage. The clause “or their lateral extension” in 1.3 of the written regulations is misleading. How do you extend an area? And laterally, no less? Without defining a directional reference, this wording is nonsense, especially for corner plots.
Otherwise, there are not many alternatives. Let me make a cheeky counterproposal:

Rotation against the specified ridge direction is justified by atypical building boundary layout and optimization for photovoltaics. Carport is also allowed outside the buildable area.
