Hello everyone!

As already mentioned in the introduction thread, we have created a preliminary draft of our property.
I am deliberately not including any of the basic data now because we are only interested in pure opinions on the floor plan, without considering the property or the surroundings.
The basement is not shown, as it has not been planned yet!

Specifically, we are looking for criticism purely on the floor plan and any ideas to improve it!

Unfortunately, I can't imagine anything based on the settings. The rooms are not even labeled. And without a cardinal direction, many things cannot be assessed ...

There is a north arrow on a picture. Is the basement planned completely underground? The house is already quite tall as it is. So there are no restrictions in the development plan?

Without measurements, it is quite difficult. You can practically only estimate it by the exterior dimensions.

Compass is at the top left of the floor plan! The basement is fully underground. A 25° gable roof will be used, the height of the house complies with the development plan. Labeling of the rooms was forgotten, but you can already tell quite well from the furniture and layout what is where! We are mostly still undecided about the kitchen (exactly to the south). The enclosure into the pantry gives us some space, but is 2.85m in width enough? As said, it’s only about the floor plan itself for now. ;)

I have no idea what Room 5 is supposed to be, but one thing is for sure: bad room!

... But the furnished kitchen also wastes half of the space...
