On the satellite image in the first post, there are contour lines. In the area of the garage and the house, the property is quite flat (370 m); towards the southwestern corner, it slopes down by 2 m.

unfortunately, we do not yet have a plan that shows the contour lines and the house at the same time. Only the excerpt from the development plan where the heights of the entire building area are recorded.

It is as Dietmar described, the property slopes towards the southwest.

Almost 8 weeks have passed since "tomorrow." That was due to my vacation :) The plot fits as is. I would turn the bed so that you look at it when you enter and don’t have the door at your back. I would probably like access to the dressing room in the middle of the hallway, so that the dressing room and bedroom come to the north wall, but the dressing room door needs to be opposite the stairs to get furniture around there. In the bathroom, I would put the tub and shower in the front area, then the toilet and washbasin towards the window in the back. I have noted and still maintain that the three rooms on the ground floor are very awkwardly placed next to each other. For me, that is unfinished. What have you decided on now? The narrower version? 700,000€ can also be tight here. Have you already increased the budget?
