In 1972 I was still in kindergarten; I only became interested in prefabricated houses ten years later. From that time I can tell you that the name Philipphaus stood for very good houses and was positioned in the market segment of the chief physician salary group. A pollutant report for a house from 1980 won't help you: on the one hand, eight model years is a long time during which many things change; and on the other hand, the use of building materials later recognized as problematic is more typical of the year of construction than of the manufacturer. However, chipboards from 49 years ago will have off-gassed so much until today that the remaining pollutant load is lower than if you replace these boards with "fresh" ones containing problem substances currently classified as harmless. Faith alone does not hold together current chipboards either. From a building biology perspective, this manufacturer was among the top league.
