This IS a bargain.

There are practically no more bargains. Only good deals that suit a person X and are therefore seen as a bargain. You should keep that in mind. For many others, the price is rather okay – you have to do a lot on the house and for most people that is not worth it. I don't want to speak ill of the house. Please just look at it realistically and don’t rejoice that you suddenly have a house which would be worth much more in a sale after signing the purchase contract – since it’s a bargain. Buy it and be happy with it! I’m happy for you!

We are also dealing with the takeover of a prefabricated house from the company Philipphaus (year of construction 1972). I am now interested in whether there is an expert report on possible pollutants, the condition, etc., in order to get a feeling for "older" prefabricated houses from this manufacturer.
