I feel the same way with the idea, then basically sitting outdoors; unfortunately only 3.07 wide, but there are three of them. Maybe just fold it in front of the dining area and open 1/3 + hold 2/3 fixed on the left and right in the kitchen + living room......hm..... Please have a look at the excerpt of the floor plan above and let me know what you think. There will definitely be no lift track anywhere.

We have the folding mechanism on the outside because I didn’t want anything to be in the way on the inside. When opened, a narrow window package stands there. 3 elements should not be a problem.

We have installed folding windows in both halves of our house, so we can really open up the room. In the right part of the building, that was a bit too expensive for the children’s apartments.

I would use folding doors like Hampshire at the dining area

Thanks for the info and the effort. We are currently working on the topic :) Of course, it also depends on the additional cost compared to "normal" aluminum windows. Maybe just the middle section, as suggests.....hm..... Outward opening sounds interesting because of the space inside, but we will not have any roof overhang except a glass roof in front of the kitchen area.

Factor 4-6. Depending on which "normal" aluminum ones you choose.
