Position recommendation for wallbox in double garage

maybe some of you already have practical experience with e-cars and chargers. We want to start the wiring of our new double garage soon. Attached is a sketch:



Next to the distribution box there should be a 16A or 32A socket. Do you think the number of sockets might be too many? And the main question:

[*]Where would you generally place wallboxes? Rather near the garage entrance or inside the garage?
[*]For a double garage, would you rather tend to two wallboxes?

Hello, the topic is settled. Most cars have the charging port on the rear right or are nose chargers. Since you can also park the car forwards or backwards, it would be "almost" irrelevant where you position the wall box. In the middle or at 2/3 on the side wall should fit all car variants.

Thank you for the hint. The sketch is from me. I have "LAN + power" in mind for a wallbox for myself. That's right, it would be good if I also drew the LAN icon there.

My wife adds to the discussion: What if the car is parked outside in front of the double garage? Then it's better not to have one wallbox inside and one outside. I would argue that you might still be able to pull the cable out from inside and leave the garage door open by a few millimeters (if the Hörmann Supramatik E4 works).

if your boxes are 1m wide, both cars won't fit in the garage - right? Then it would be pointless to talk about WB ;)
