Are you sure this is a good design for a [EG]? The WC is pure waste of living space, and the kitchen is very small in return: you are working with your back to the guest.

The connections are in the basement..... I know that the bathroom is a waste of living space, but I like large bathrooms. I deliberately chose the kitchen this way because I am a fan of kitchen islands, but there will be a work island measuring 1.80 x 1.00 added, which is not shown on the plan.
