Hello! We are considering in our open living area on the ground floor a) XXL porcelain stoneware tiles 1 x 1m or 1.2 x 1.2m and from the same material/look also b) the kitchen countertop to install. Questions: 1. Has anyone of you ever installed something like this? 2. Pictures? 3. Can you recommend suppliers? We are currently planning it probably in concrete look.

A friend of mine made them. The countertop is made from the same floor tiles. The tiles were glued (I think with epoxy adhesive) under a press. This way, you can only see a small line in the middle of the glued plate. I believe I have already described all of this here elsewhere, also with pictures.

We had a self-tiled countertop. Yes, epoxy adhesive or something similar. It's been a long time. At that time, wider and smaller tiles were popular. The adhesive was acid-resistant like those in a chemistry lab.

Just use Dekton as a countertop. It has better properties and comes in various concrete looks. I don't understand the reason why the floor and countertop should be identical.

... and it is one of the most expensive options for a countertop you can imagine. And judging by the OP's question, it sounds like they don't want to spend a few thousand euros on a countertop that isn't even flush with the floor. P.S. I also like some variety and wouldn't choose the floor and countertop to be identical. Although ceramic or quartz composite would be my first choice, followed by solid wood.
