This is another way to convert it.

This way you don’t need a large skylight.

There is still space for a small sauna on the floor plan below. You can also add a wall there.

A bench in the shower.

The knee wall should be about 1.8m high.

A small light well to the mini window.

.. that already looks good.

Personally, I generally don’t like it when something like a bathtub is placed in front of a window. It is then difficult to access.

Question about the section .. what do the dashed lines mean?

Regarding the sleeping area ... I would probably split the existing wardrobe into 2 parts and place them at the top/bottom of the plan as the first elements, then fill to the right with wardrobe compartments.
On the far right I would extend the knee wall to at least 120 cm height and place the bed there. Nightstand shelves etc. could then be integrated into the knee wall.
And, of course, the bedroom door and the bathroom door should each open the opposite way.

But it remains academic for now, as is up next. And, .. it would be helpful to first read everything and then answer all questions preferably in ONE post. That way, such information can be found a bit faster .. Thanks.

On the left the bathtub and on the right the solid shower wall from the first variant

something like this better? Whether the closet can be divided???

The knee wall in the bedroom goes up to the window at most.

Built-in wardrobe in the bathroom I also find a good solution. In case the budget is not enough for a sauna.

or like this.

There are two identical versions - right?

For the cupboard, I can imagine that it is divisible in half. Otherwise, you wouldn't be able to fit such a 290 cm monster anywhere. Probably even more divisible, otherwise you can't even get it up the stairs. Possibly a side panel needs to be remade.
