A fun thing. The property is still online. However, the various realtors / project developers no longer advertise the property.

Then he has probably already paid his first tuition fee. Call him; what do you have to lose? I have already had multiple contacts with him and time and again he says they are close to a conclusion. When I then ask with whom and in which direction the development of the property is heading, he does not want to comment.

I am only following it out of interest now..... I don’t need the property. There are quite a few uncertainties and it is not a bargain either. I am just trying to understand how the community of heirs is proceeding and it makes me curious what will be realized there later....

Short of completion does not mean that the purchase is finalized. I would also keep the listing active until the contract is signed. In the case of an [Erbengemeinschaft], the release of a property can take years. Perhaps the person listing the property was a bit too hasty?
