Interesting. What exactly is your plan now? Actually, you can only submit a building preliminary inquiry including the rear development here. Then you pressure the building supervision on the municipality and push the positive decision through the court, if there are indeed difficulties. If that succeeds, the sale of the rear plot will probably be a piece of cake.

That seems to be a super tough and highly competent planner you’ve fortunately landed there. Congratulations! It’s just a pity for all the other building applicants in Eichwalde and the neighboring communities Schulzendorf and Zeuthen, who would have also liked to build a little house in the second row over the past decades but did not know about this planner.

The participants you want to exchange with must be addressed with @ before their member names (otherwise they cannot receive an automatic notification, and then you might wait quite a while for less frequent visitors). And last but not least, you should also come forward at the beginning about what the subject of the exchange is: for example, are you a neighbor there and have you been denied a building permit?

P. S.: In Berlin, building in the second row is handled in such a way that it is approved in a density-friendly manner from the perspective of the existing residents in the neighborhood cores, while it is too tightly regulated at the edges. The suburban municipalities formally belonging to Brandenburg do not want to become a catchment area for those rejected there.
