Hello everyone,
I have a question or rather a discussion
How much land area is needed for a semi-detached house or one half of a semi-detached house? How many square meters should it be to live "comfortably"?
The reason behind this is that finally the vacant lot opposite our property is going to be developed. I found the final lot sizes, into which it was divided, interesting: One half of a semi-detached house gets just under 230m². Isn't that way too little? For the half-house, at least another 60m² will probably be taken up, two parking spaces plus a terrace also need to be added.
I am very curious to see how it all will look in the end – so far I just can't imagine what it will look like. Above all, this is a rural area where there is basically enough space – in cities or also in village centers I can well imagine such dense construction, but out here in the countryside? Is it comfortable to live there, does a "house feeling" develop, or is it more like living in an apartment?
What do you think? After all, it is very affordable. 230m² of land plus 150m² house for half a million. A bargain.
