Plot: Costs for wastewater lifting system

Hello everyone,

I am new to the forum and we would like to buy/build a house. We are currently looking for offers and simultaneously searching for land.

Now we have found a plot of land, for which we already have an offer.
The offer includes this note: "A lifting system is required for wastewater."

I have already found information about wastewater lifting systems. However, my question here is, what kind of system should one choose (prices range from 4 to 5 digits).
And what maintenance costs will I face, how often does it need to be serviced?

I would be happy if someone could share their experience in this area. Perhaps it is even a reason to keep away from this plot...?

Hello,

I also live on a slope and have installed an Aqualift Mono.
It can also be equipped with a second pump, which we have not needed for the washing machine, kitchen, guest WC, and sink in the utility room for 5 years.
If I’m correct, it should be serviced once a year, costing about €200.
The control unit failed once, but the boiler took over. Otherwise, the system runs very stably.
