Are you going to plaster yourself or take on the trade yourself? Is this a self-managed construction?

I can't say anything about the plaster, except that you read the following between the lines: "Gypsum=bad" "Lime=good". I think we have a "mixture", at least I was told "lime-gypsum plaster"... according to the building description it is called "mineral fine plaster". Some suggest lime plaster for wet rooms.

For painting, you use a silicate paint or silicate dispersion paint because pure silicate paints usually don't exist. I think with that you can certainly tick the box "mold prevention in the utility room".
We have silicate paint on painter’s fleece throughout the whole house. But you have to be good at painting or not do everything with the same roller (which maybe wasn’t suitable for this - and also not very economical with the paint). Then it will work out. You say "trial makes wise".

So, I got some "advice". I was recommended the following:

- Akurit SK gray for filling the concrete joints
- Multifinish for the second pass for a smooth transition
- For the Poroton wall Akurit MEP-it for plastering

All materials that I have never had on my radar before. Can anyone say something about it? Does it fit?
