Find a terraced house with almost 700m² of land ;)

3m is not exactly generous and you can only get out on one side, but if you take a look it seems to work for many...

.. just post the site plan with building limits, then you can also play around with ideas like tomtom79 sketched. You could also nicely zone the property, but for that you need the north direction etc.

By the way, I think a "city villa" with garages on the right and left looks like an elephant. Head with 2 big ears ;) ;)

Of course, 3 meters is enough, even if it’s not exactly comfortable.

But honestly: a 15-meter narrow plot requires, in my opinion, a bit more individual planning than a standard villa with garages on the left and right.
You can possibly place the garages in front of the building, which has the advantage that you can still walk around the building.
However, it depends on the location and development plan how you do it.

With us, you are not allowed to build two garages at all. I also wouldn't find it visually appealing to build a garage directly attached to the house on both the right and left sides. How is that supposed to work with the windows on the ground floor? Sure, it works with terraced houses, but these are usually much narrower.

Best regards Sabine

Of course, you can’t build with a cookie-cutter plan under such conditions, but the OP is rather reserved regarding information.

For example, I could also imagine a partial integration of the garage into the main house, but then you lack the available budget, site plan, etc.

You don’t just need two garages, but also two driveways, two gates with motors, electrical work twice...

Not necessary.

A garage integrated into the house indeed costs significantly more than a standard prefabricated concrete garage.
