The street is at the top on the 19 m wide side. The other houses also access their garages and parking spaces via the sidewalk.

I also cannot imagine that you are allowed to drive onto the property over the entire page? Often such things are also regulated.

Thank you. I found this in the attachments about garages. If I interpret the + correctly, one would probably be allowed to drive over the entire area, right?

If you write that the other houses have family apartments, I don’t believe that commercial residential construction will be approved. I probably already wrote that. It’s best to call the building authority. Also regarding the access to the property. What about the neighboring houses? Are there parking spaces in front of the properties, trees, because those are protected. To my knowledge, you get alternatively a 3-meter-wide lowering for accessing your property ... No. There is no parking space in front of the garage because the vehicle cannot come out of the garage. Take a look at the state building code of BW regarding multi-family houses. Before the ground floor apartment is already structured, a sensible layout for OG/DG with 2 apartments each plus balconies should first be developed. In which direction the balconies and then the access to the apartments, bicycle parking space and freezer room, best accessible for everyone.

I read the "^" here more as "o" (which did not bother here), but regarding the "-", it would be important to know what meaning this field of the usage template is assigned to. If you are lucky, it means full freedom in the question of E, E/D or H and would also allow the already mentioned row houses – such a three-family house could also be quite nice: in the middle the "bungalow as a ground floor apartment" for the mother, flanked on both sides by maisonette apartments (ground floor like a row house, upper floor the mother's apartment each partially above). Well, here rather to the mother

Do I understand correctly that 2 out of 5 residential units are supposed to cover the entire loan???
