If someone writes here: "attached I am showing you the latest plans from our architect," then I also think that the respective clients cannot distinguish a draftsman or rubber-stamper from a "real" architect. But I do not get the impression that a salesperson is meant then. So, that they have actually spoken with someone who created the drawing discussed with them.

So we had not seen anyone. Even with "we will not sign the contract with such a draft. It cannot be that it has to be like this."

So, by now we have finished the plan in homebyme and have already roughly discussed it with a potential GU. How can I meaningfully extract my sketches from homebyme so that your esteemed eyes can take a meaningful look at them and give me suggestions?

Does anyone have experience with this?

The problem is that you don't have any measurements there. Either work with reference furniture (table, cabinet, bed) or "measure yourself" and upload a screenshot here.
