Pitched roof house the second

The roof pitch on the house is 5° Construction from the inside GK, 60 mm installation level and insulation, 18mm OSB, 280mm KVH and insulation, 16mm DWD, 60mm KVH air layer, 21mm boarding, bitumen membrane.

We already built it like this on the last house as well. With a ratio of building length to depth of 2 to 1, this results in very harmonious proportions.

here’s a brief update again
yesterday the screed was laid in the upstairs apartment.
on the ground floor I am in the process of filling the walls
of the planned 320 k€, about 70 k€ are still available
things that are still missing:
pellet boiler and solar system 17,000€, sanitary fixtures and bathroom furniture 11,000€, final payment kitchens 10,000€, final electrical 7,000€, stairs 5,500€, screed 1,800€, insulated sectional door 2,500€, access path 2,000€, remaining painting work 1,000€, the rest would then be for exterior window sills, floor coverings, wooden terrace, lawn and 2 fruit trees.

the house is built as a single-story structure. the ceiling height in the kitchen corner, in the utility room and in the bathroom is at the lowest point 2.17 m and in the living, sleeping and children’s rooms 2.77 m at the highest point.
