Sorry, but I find your "disadvantages" a bit thin.....

- I have the same interest conditions for my KfW153 as currently offered by the bank.
- I still have the option of early full repayment
- I don't care about the feed-in limitation, whether I feed in 60% or 70%, that's a trivial matter overall! With the 10.5kW storage, I will never feed in 70% anyway.....
- and the tax office...... also nonsense, if you do it right you can turn it around with a few legal tricks so that your "own" electricity business makes a loss over the year, which positively affects the annual tax return

And not a single argument manages to crack the most important thing: The storage is FREE!

Well then, tell us about your legal tricks with the tax office... I also want to install a photovoltaic system but unfortunately no one is giving me the storage for free.

The memory is given to me by KFW, not the tax office...

Keep dreaming. Go to the Photovoltaic Forum and read every post where someone got the battery for free.... None of the calculations show it as free...

Don't get me wrong, I think batteries are great! But they don't pay off.
... Meanwhile, electricity providers charge exorbitant basic fees for such low consumers.
You end up paying more for the basic fee than for the electricity you actually consume...

OK. But fairly, you first have to deduct the costs that building KfW40+ actually incurs and produces 2 residential units. The gifted battery storage is basically financed through the costs for the KfW40+ requirements ... so it's a bit of creative accounting. But that's quite OK. My better half didn't want such a thing in the basement, but that's another story. Which battery storage should it be? Tesla is interesting in terms of costs.

What don’t you understand? For installing a storage system, KfW pays me 10k more in subsidies, the storage costs me 8k...I call that a gift. Explain to me why that should not be called a gift.
