as information for all Baden-Württemberg residents:

According to an inquiry at the L-Bank, the EEF-Bauen program (conditions like KFW 153 + 1% more repayment subsidy) can be combined with KFW 275

Hello Flose89,

would it therefore have worked with the PFW Program275 and Kfw55? Or in connection with the Bavarian 10,000 Houses Program? There is currently also a thread related to Bavarian conditions.

Regards Andi

Hello,

yes, it would have worked. KFW55 and 40 can be combined with the 275.

Only my KFW40+ not because otherwise the battery would be funded twice (by the KFW).

Since yesterday it has been confirmed by the energy consultant 40+ ! Off to the bank right away....
For my house size I now needed a 6.2 kWp photovoltaic system.

What will ultimately come out with the 10,000 I (still) can't say. Wait and drink tea..

Regards

Hello,

does anyone know how large the photovoltaic system needs to be for the Kfw 40 Plus subsidy?
I currently have an offer for a single-family house in the KFW 40 standard with 140m² living space and 78m² usable area (heated basement).
Heating is via an air-to-water heat pump and so far no photovoltaic system is planned.
I would like to install the smallest possible photovoltaic system with storage to take advantage of the €5000 extra repayment bonus from the KFW.
The construction company has optionally offered me a 4.68 KWp system with a 5 KWh storage for €15,000.

"The annual electricity yield to be generated is to be determined depending on the number of residential units and the usable building area and amounts to at least the sum of 500 kWh/a per residential unit and 10 kWh/(m2·a) based on the usable building area. The electricity yield of the electricity-generating system must be accounted for according to DIN V 18599:2011-12 and the further requirements of § 5 Energy Saving Ordinance."
