Pellet heating building permit

We also did not need a building permit for our wood heating system. We applied for funding and had to fill out a questionnaire, but nothing more.

Go directly to the [Stadtbauamt] and apply for the funding. The land register must be presented and some conditions must also be met.

- At least 75% of the heating energy demand of the building must be covered by the wood heating system.
- The maximum capacity limit of the system must not exceed 70 kilowatts.
- Eligible for funding are new buildings and renovations or heating replacements.
- Log wood boilers, chip firing systems, and pellet boilers are supported.
