Your house / property then it's probably your craftsmen. What is the insurance supposed to pay for? If it is damage caused by unknown third parties, then report it to the police. I can't see any damaged fence in the photos.

If you constantly talk to the neighbors, inform them about what is planned, sometimes present the project, they are on your side. And a call like that, about the slab being poured, the walls being erected, the roof being covered, you only get that way. Or do you live on the construction site ;)

This is the typical situation. However, if it is a random third party, then it is a kind of sabotage. I assume that sabotage should be covered by the insurance.



Sorry, I meant damage to the plant hedge.

Was there an order given to the demolition company to remove the hedge?

At least the appearance of the hedge would suggest that. There are now also some cut hedge parts on the disposal pile.
