Paint plaster or wallpaper?

Maybe a little tip for the builders on site: when you paint, it's better to get a bit more paint than necessary. We have already touched up some spots after moving in and even later. For example, in the stairwell, when vacuum cleaners, suitcases, or travel bags brush against the walls. Also, corners and edges where our cat passes by quickly collect dirt. We didn't notice this so much on the wallpaper in our old apartment.

We only painted our gypsum plaster as well. However, we had an agreement with our plasterer that he should plaster as smoothly as possible so that we can paint. It only needed to be primed and then painted. It looks good. The only important thing is not to use the cheapest paint.

I'll take a look at the eraser. So far, we don't have one. Does it work well?

That is a white sponge: you can get it in multi-packs seasonally at Tchibo or Aldi. But even a hardware store has something like that. When dampened, you can use it to remove dirt marks from, for example, walls.

It is 145 sqm of area (ceilings), the wall area amounts to 411 sqm.
