Deep primer »solvent-free 5L« also from the Hagebau own brand Go/On, is that enough?

Just take everything cheap from the hardware store. But don't be surprised if not everything covers well, and you have to apply more coats or if everything yellows faster or something.

Deep primer is sufficient even if it is cheap.

For the final coat, I would only recommend high-quality paints, although I personally cannot recommend Knauf, for example.

What he lists is not cheap. Sto is professional paint, Renovo crystal white is at the same level, just slightly cheaper, that is Brillux. Alpina is too expensive. But not better. All three paints cover great and are easy to apply. Nice and creamy. Go on Tiefgrund is sufficient. It is yellow and dries clear, yellow so that you can see where you have already been.

The idea of priming with heavily diluted wall paint is good

Should one use latex paint for the bathroom and guest toilet?
