If you want to build a distribution box outside anyway, the second underground cable won't really help you much. You can also protect individual circuits separately in this distribution box. Much more crucial would be – if there is still any possibility – to replace the cable with a thicker one. 2.5mm² is quite limiting for future expansions. Maybe eventually a pool heat pump should be added to the pool pump or a wallbox or or or. For your current plans, it's sufficient, but there really isn’t much room for growth. I have never dealt with outdoor distribution boxes, so unfortunately I can't give a recommendation. Except as always with the distribution box: never too small! I already have a fairly large one in the garage and after 6 months had another identical one installed next to it because it suddenly got tight.
