Our Construction Project - Our Financial Situation

As life goes, we have now actually gotten a plot of land. It costs a few thousand euros more because it is a more expensive building site. But okay, the plot fits perfectly, both in terms of location and orientation and size. So it can actually continue after all

Our financing is, by the way, now complete, under conditions we did not think possible (despite the high loan, under 2% interest and with a 25-year term). We are very satisfied and look forward to the start of construction in week 25.
